Speech-Language Pathologist - Disability Services

Via of the Lehigh Valley is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide early intervention services to families in Northampton and Lehigh Counties. The role focuses on supporting children from birth to age three with developmental delays, working with families and caregivers to identify priorities, and developing intervention plans. Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• PA Speech Therapy License
• Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC’s)
• Minimum one year of experience working with preschool children with disabilities and their families
• Knowledge of typical infant/toddler development
• Experience with sensory development, adaptive equipment, and strategies
• Must have valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and appropriate vehicle insurance
• Traveling within the community is required
• Must have flexibility with schedule
• Proficiency in Microsoft word and excel
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing needs
