Join Lehigh Children's Academy as a Lead Teacher and provide quality care and education in a fun, innovative, and supportive environment. As a Lead Teacher, you will prepare and implement lesson plans, partner with families, and nurture and support children between the ages of six weeks to six years old.
Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of experience with children
- Experience with children must be in a childcare, center-based setting working directly in group care
- Knowledge of typical infant/toddler/preschool/school-aged development and developmental disabilities
- Effective communication skills and strong organization skills
- Computer proficiency is required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
