Job Description
VGW is an interactive entertainment company seeking a Data Engineer to join their Technology team in Perth. The role involves architecting and optimizing scalable, cloud-native ETL pipelines to transform raw data into reliable, analytics-ready insights.
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience building and operating cloud-native data pipelines (AWS and Snowflake is preferred)
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in ETL/ELT frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement and optimize data models and workflows
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD tooling
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with software engineers, product teams and business stakeholders
