The DoD SkillBridge: Associate Project Manager internship at Siemens is an opportunity for active-duty US Military Service members to gain hands-on experience in project management. The internship focuses on coordinating and delivering multiple projects in commercial buildings, managing fiscal responsibility, and pursuing change-order opportunities. The successful candidate will possess a compelling combination of technical experience and self-awareness to leverage resources in areas where they lack expertise.
Requirements
- Active-duty US Military Member
- Formal approval to participate in the DoD SkillBridge Program
- High school diploma or state-recognized GED
- Demonstrated experience and/or applied knowledge in electro-mechanical aptitude
- Technical experience supporting mechanical, electrical, thermodynamic, hydraulic, mechatronic, construction (MEP) or other related systems
- Project management experience
- Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal & written)
- Ability to interface with customers and collaborate with team members
- Valid driver's license with limited violations
- 18 years of age
- US Military experience as an E5 or above (Navy, Air Force, Army, Marines, Coast Guard, Space Force, National Guard, Reserves)
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- Physical Security Professional ASIS certification
