Job Description
The Registered Nurse Team Lead supports the delivery of high-quality patient care and team performance within the clinical service area.
Requirements
- Graduate of a State Board of Nursing approved program
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership expertise
- Current Registered Nurse licensure
- Proficiency with electronic medical record systems
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
