Requirements

• Be the first point of contact and greet clients and their pets warmly
• Support clinical flow and escort clients to exam rooms
• Manage client communications and handle incoming calls
• Operate with accuracy and process payments, manage invoicing, and schedule future appointments
• Speak the language and understand and communicate clearly about common vaccines, lab tests, procedures, pet behavior, and veterinary terminology
