Job Description
We are seeking an experienced veterinarian and Medical Director to lead our hospital. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who combines compassion with a proactive attitude. They should be a team player who respects others, remains open-minded, and can stay composed under pressure. We offer a supportive staff to doctor ratio, flexible shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- State Veterinary Board License must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date.
- Flexible work schedule, with availability to work some weekends and holidays (as necessary, per hospital)
- DVM or VMD level degree required
Benefits
- Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 per year + 20% production
