Job Description
Lake Country Veterinary Care is hiring a full-time Licensed Veterinary Technician to provide skilled care to patients and exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate brings a well-rounded background in animal care, client communication, and veterinary procedures.
Requirements
- Must hold a current Veterinary Technician license (LVT) in the state of New York.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary setting.
- Surgical experience is required.
- Ability to handle animals safely and compassionately.
- Knowledgeable about common disease states and able to alert veterinarians to changes in patient conditions.
- Familiarity with DEA, OSHA, and hospital safety guidelines.
