Vestwell is a financial technology company powering the new savings economy. As a Manager, Saver Operations, you will lead a team of 4-7 Operations Associates and focus on ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while optimizing workflows and providing guidance to your team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, financial services, or retirement plan administration
- 1-2 years of leadership or team management experience
- Strong understanding of retirement plans, distributions, and loan processing
- Experience with Jira, Zendesk, Aircall, or similar task management and CRM software
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to support coaching and collaboration
