Manager, Saver Operations

Vestwell is a financial technology company powering the new savings economy. As a Manager, Saver Operations, you will lead a team of 4-7 Operations Associates and focus on ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while optimizing workflows and providing guidance to your team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, financial services, or retirement plan administration
• 1-2 years of leadership or team management experience
• Strong understanding of retirement plans, distributions, and loan processing
• Experience with Jira, Zendesk, Aircall, or similar task management and CRM software
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to support coaching and collaboration
