Vestwell is the financial technology company powering the new savings economy. The company is looking for an Associate, Billing to join its Finance department in New York City. The role will involve managing customer accounts, preparing invoices, and monitoring accounts receivable to support the financial health of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 1 - 3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
