Requirements
- Completed vocational training in an electrical, mechanical, or related field or have relevant experience in the wind industry
- Experience in leading employees and high team and conflict resolution skills
- Willingness to travel within Germany during the week
- Knowledge of Microsoft and iOS
- Well-developed sense of security and willingness to work at high altitudes
- Driving license, preferably of the BE class
- Very good German and good English skills
