Bonding Documentation - Professional (Goleniow)

We are proud to announce the launch of the Vestas Blades Process Engineering Factory in Goleniów – a new organization where we will develop, build, and invest in the future of wind turbine blade production. The Documentation Department within Bonding is responsible for creating and updating production documentation, including Production Work Instructions (PWI), Process and Product Inspection (PII) documents, and maintaining generic inspections in our QDA system standards.

Requirements

• Create and update documentation for shop floor employees, quality, and process teams within lay-up operations
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and available on the shop floor
• Gather feedback from shop floor and lay-up teams to improve documentation quality and usability
• Perform internal checks to secure documentation quality and compliance with standards
• Use modern digital tools to improve documentation
• Investigate and help solve production issues using structured problem-solving methods
• Apply Lean and continuous improvement principles to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and support product quality
