Job Description
Join our Design team as a Graphic Designer – Marketing & Visual Design and create aesthetically pleasing, consistent, and effective visuals that capture attention, convey the right messages, and generate action. Your role will involve creating and optimizing communication materials for our clients, including newsletters, social media posts, paid campaigns, events, brochures, partner content, marketing emails, and more.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Graphic Design
- Solid portfolio demonstrating attention to detail, layout skills, and ability to create effective visuals
- Perfect mastery of layout rules, grids, and visual hierarchy
- Very good level in typography, balance, and composition
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Advanced mastery of Figma (organization, components, template systems)
- Very good understanding of social media formats and codes
- Ability to think aesthetically + performance: readability, conversion, impact
- Mastery of After Effects and Premiere Pro: possibility of creating videos, teasers, or animations for campaigns and social media
