Sr. Engineer Mechanical Engineering XI

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with strong experience in mechanical product development for thermal or fluid-based systems to lead mechanical design and development activities for Vertiv’s liquid cooling portfolio.

Requirements

• Lead the design and development of complex mechanical assemblies such as manifolds, enclosures, and heat exchanger modules.
• Translate customer and performance requirements into manufacturable product designs.
• Plan and support design validation activities including prototype builds and DVT testing.
• Manage design documentation, BOMs, and engineering changes in PLM systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers to refine designs and achieve cost, quality, and schedule goals.
• Review test data and lead problem-solving during development and sustaining phases.
• Drive standardization, reuse, and continuous improvement across programs.
• Coordinate globally to maintain consistency in design practices.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other engineers.
