Job Description
The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, and tools used in production assembly lines. This role focuses on ensuring production quality, improving processes, and ensuring long-term reliability of equipment. The engineer will perform inspections, troubleshooting, and prevent maintenance, while also collaborating with other teams to support equipment upgrades and identify maintenance needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-8 years of experience in maintenance roles
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Knowledge of maintenance types (Preventive, Corrective, Planned Corrective, Predictive, and Condition-Based)
- Solid technical foundation in relevant fields (Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in Maintenance Management (CMMS) (Desired)
- Diagnosis and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
