Job Description
Vertiv is seeking a Lab Supervisor in Piove di Sacco, Italy to coordinate daily operations and help achieve product development goals. This role involves leadership, collaboration with other departments, and ensuring the lab team's performance and safety. The supervisor will oversee test results, reporting, and maintenance to improve efficiency and standardize work processes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar position
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and lead a team
- Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Knowledge of Italian and English
- MS Office proficiency
- Good knowledge of Italian and English and MS Office
