Job Description
Vertiv is seeking a BIM Manager to oversee the development, review, and validation of BIM models. This role involves ensuring deliverables support 3D, 4D, 5D, and 7D levels of development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving digital transformation. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader and problem-solver with a proactive approach to project management.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Active user of: Windows, AutoCAD, Navisworks, ACC, MS Office (incl. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficient modeling skills in Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Navisworks
- Technical/practical skills: leadership, analytical, assessment, organizational
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and best practices
- Project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively
