Aircraft Maintenance Manager

Join our team as an Aircraft Maintenance Manager at Vertical Aerospace, a pioneering company in electric aviation. You'll lead aircraft maintenance activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive improvements in maintenance processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in aircraft maintenance leadership or supervisory roles
• Excellent working knowledge of aircraft maintenance, including documentation, manuals, and engineering drawings
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations, maintenance planning, and safety management systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Good attention to detail and ability to operate to challenging deadlines
