Call Center Agent - MI - Part-Time - M-Th 3pa - 8p with alternating Fri's 8a-1p / Sat's 9a-1p

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Comfort using computers and learning new systems
• Reliability and a positive attitude
• Call Center experience is helpful but not required
• 1-3 years customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment required
• High School Diploma required
