Job Description
Verra Mobility is a global leader in smart mobility seeking an Operations Analyst to support its command center and remote technical support activities. This role focuses on overseeing roadside monitoring, data management, and analytical analysis to help ensure the smooth operation of their red-light, speed, and school bus stop safety camera installations across North America. The role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure the effective and timely support of these initiatives.
Requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all account documentation.
- Communicate effectively with advisors to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Design and implement technology solutions for tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with VCC Operations teams for remote technical support verification and monitoring.
- Maintain VCCs documentation and databases with meticulous dedication to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist Legal department and Verra Mobility Leadership in retrieving records and certificates.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
