(Sr) Associate, Strategic Finance & Business Operations

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Strategic Finance & Business Operations team at a high-growth pre-IPO startup. As a key member of a small (but mighty) team supporting over 2,000 colleagues, you will partner cross-functionally as a trusted advisor to various leaders and teams across Verkada to drive business insights, decision-making rigor, and operational excellence, helping us reach the next level of scale and operating sophistication in the process.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of top tier professional experience
• High analytical horsepower paired with strong modeling and data skills
• Attention to detail and strong strategic instincts
• A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity
• Excellent communication and partnership skills
• A team player with a low ‘ego to smarts ratio’
