Verkada is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to own the systems and processes that power marketing campaigns and directly accelerate revenue growth. This role requires 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Marketing Technology, Business Systems, or Revenue Operations, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Software Engineering, Marketing Technology, Business Systems, or Revenue Operations, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with Marketo (or HubSpot) and Salesforce, including building automations, integrations, and managing lifecycle flows
- Expertise in marketing infrastructure, including web form ingestion, API-based lead capture, enrichment tools (e.g. Clearbit), and real-time follow-up logic
- Advanced SQL skills and working knowledge of Python; experienced in building or maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes
- Strong experience with automation/integration platforms (e.g. Zapier, Workato, Retool, AWS Lambda)
- Process-oriented mindset with experience managing campaign ops at scale
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with a drive to experiment, iterate, and extract the most yield out of the funnel
