Senior Research Manager, University Recruiting Syndicated Research

We are seeking a Senior Research Manager to lead the Data & Insights team and oversee the delivery of our core student and employer research. The role involves managing a small team of researchers, overseeing research projects, and partnering with the Director of UR Research to strengthen research quality and improve how programs operate at scale.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in market research or consulting, preferably with a focus on HR, talent acquisition, or talent management topics
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex research projects simultaneously
• Experience directly managing or mentoring individual contributors
• Strong background in survey design and execution, including question development, sampling strategy, and data quality management
• Skilled in quantitative data analysis and interpretation, with proficiency in at least one analytical or visualization platform
• Experience conducting or guiding qualitative research and distilling insights into actionable recommendations
