Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in demand generation and marketing operations, preferably in a B2B or e-commerce environment
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot), CRM platforms (Salesforce), and Excel
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights
• Experience in email marketing, lead scoring, nurturing, data segmentation, and campaign reporting
• Excellent project management, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• High attention to detail with a systems/process-oriented mindset
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• Proven ability to think creatively, solve problems, and deliver results
