Engineering Manager (Biometric Solutions)

We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Biometric Solutions team at Veriff. The team builds the intelligence and infrastructure behind real-time biometric and liveness verification, forming the backbone of our trust platform.

Requirements

• Technical leadership in machine learning, computer vision, or platform engineering
• Experience building or leading teams responsible for end-to-end products
• Comfortable with high-growth environments and experience designing systems that scale
• Ability to balance technical depth with people leadership
• Experience navigating ambiguity and defining structure
• Knowledge of regulated domains and data privacy principles
