Job Description
Senior IT Support Specialist provides administration, support, and troubleshooting of personal computers, software, printers, and associated peripherals in a managed network environment. Provides direct support to end-users to resolve specific problems.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience providing desktop support on Windows operating systems
- 2+ years experience working with Active Directory
- At least one IT certification (MCDST, MCTS, MCP, MCSE, A+, CCNA, HP)
- Familiarity with enterprise imaging and updating tools
- Ability to work rotating shifts and provide on-call emergency end-user support
