Senior Technical Engagement Manager

As a Technical Engagement Manager at Vercel, you will drive customer outcomes by providing technical and operational leadership on post-sales delivery of Professional Services within customer engagements. You will collaborate closely with the account team to ensure the delivery of outcomes that align with customer business and technical goals while assisting in identification and scoping of potential future work within accounts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, technical delivery, or customer-facing roles
• Understanding of modern web architectures, including agentic systems, composable architectures, and frontend frameworks
• Proven track record of leading post-sales delivery engagements and account expansion efforts
• Experience working with cloud platforms and DevOps practices
• Strong communication and project management skills
