Marketing Operations Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing Operations team within the greater Revenue Operations team. You will partner with the Demand Generation team to operationalize campaigns, ensure campaign tracking and attribution, and build repeatable processes to enable high-velocity campaign execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience in SaaS or high-growth startups
• Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (Inflection.io, Marketo, or similar) and Salesforce
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, campaign execution, and attribution tracking
• Experience building and maintaining campaign workflows, audience segmentation, and reporting
• Comfortable collaborating closely with stakeholders in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, and RevOps
