Requirements

• From a Bac +2/3 or equivalent technical experience
• At least 5 years of experience in production in the industrial sector
• Knowledge of factory modes of operation and safety standards
• Knowledge of glassmaking
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong culture of safety and rigor
• Sense of service, organization, and team spirit
• Real passion for the field and operational work
