Job Description
Veracross provides SaaS-based School Information Systems (SIS) to independent K-12 schools worldwide. They are a rapidly growing company with over 350 employees in the US, UK, and Australia, and are working to unify school communities and improve educational outcomes. The Support Specialist – Accounting & Payments role serves as the first point of contact for users and schools, providing support for configuration, usage, and troubleshooting of their VC Pay and other products within the platform.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer support experience in a school business office or customer support within the software industry.
- Prior knowledge and experience with accounting, online payment processing, and/or the banking industry.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with fluency in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under constraints.
