Job Description
Veracross is seeking a Product Manager to support the delivery of web and/or mobile app SaaS products within the CMS offerings. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position reporting to the Director of Product Management, focused on research, planning, launch, and post-launch optimization. The role involves collaboration with design and development teams, user interviews, roadmap creation, and stakeholder management.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in a similar product management role or related field.
- 2+ years commercial Product Management experience.
- Customer-oriented and solution focused.
- Solid understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible team-player with independent work capability.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised.
- CMS knowledge (Craft CMS preferred, however any CMS experience is valued).
- Solid understanding of UX, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of integrations (CRMs, enrolment forms, calendars) and basic SEO fundamentals.
- Experience working in a SaaS Edtech / at a private school
- Experienced in stakeholder management and working in a cross-functional team
