Engineer

HKDC operates the District Cooling System in Kai Tak Development and manages HVAC systems across major sites, driving sustainable urban development with energy-efficient cooling solutions. The company is seeking an Engineer to prepare plans and procedures for maintenance works in a district cooling plant, lead and supervise a team of technicians, and improve health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Higher diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ solid working experience in building services installation and maintenance works of MVAC & electrical system
• Able to lead a team of technicians for different maintenance tasks
