Requirements

• Experience leading multi-team engineering groups (through managers) in a scaling, product-led environment.
• Strong foundation in platform, systems, internal tooling, or commerce infrastructure engineering.
• Ability to design and evolve complex, interconnected systems with a focus on long-term resilience.
• Proven capability to lead architectural direction while maintaining delivery pace.
• Comfort working with ambiguity, breaking down complexity, and creating alignment at multiple levels.
• A leadership style that builds trust, ownership, candour and growth.
• Excellent systems-level thinking, product mindset and communication skills.
