Job Description
Ventura Foods is seeking a Machine Operator to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, ensuring quality standards and following company policies. The role involves operating machinery, performing repairs, adjusting, and maintaining equipment, and assisting with training. It is an on-site position, and the position involves various shifts with potential for extra time off.
Requirements
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of filling and packaging equipment
- Good mechanical ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues
- Understanding of food safety policies, GMPs, and FSMA
