Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager is responsible for working with all department managers to develop site capital plan, including management, design, costing, RFE preparation, construction, start up, and optimization. The role also involves providing engineering and processing expertise to other site personnel, monitoring energy utilization, and contributing to the overall site strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or equivalent work experience
• 5–7 years of experience in a GMP‐regulated industry or a related field
• Demonstrated leadership or management experience, including leading teams, direct reports, or cross‐functional groups
• Project management experience, with a strong track record of executing initiatives successfully
• Budgeting, planning, and capital expenditure (CapEx) management experience
• Change management experience (preferred)
• Experience in food and beverage manufacturing (strongly preferred)
