Job Description
Venterra Realty is seeking a skilled Senior Field Service Technician/Field Service Technician – Low Voltage to join their growing team. This advanced role involves installing, servicing, and monitoring low-voltage systems in residential and commercial settings. The position offers a blend of hands-on on-site work with corporate responsibilities, allowing access to cutting-edge technology and fostering continuous improvement. Candidates should be passionate about renter experiences and have a desire to be part of a rapidly expanding company.
Requirements
- 5 years of field experience, troubleshooting electrical systems
- High proficiency with a multi-meter and other electrical measurement tools
- Intermediate proficiency with computer networks, switches, Wi-Fi devices and low voltage wiring
- Experience in commercial or industrial wiring, Installation and commissioning of monitoring or control systems
- Basic understanding of control systems
- Comfort working in and deploying technology projects to the field
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building internal and external relationships
- Strong grasp of engineering first principles and logical problem-solving
