Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician supports daily maintenance operations, ensuring all systems and equipment function efficiently, and assists with repairs, preventative maintenance, and service requests while upholding safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in multifamily property maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
• HVAC certification required; CPO certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including participation in an on-call rotation.
