Job Description
Venterra Realty is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee property maintenance, ensuring efficient repairs, safety, and quality standards. The role involves troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, mentorship, and collaboration with property leadership. They are seeking an individual with experience in multifamily maintenance or related field and a strong focus on OSHA compliance and team development.
Requirements
- Oversee property maintenance including service tickets and repairs.

- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ADA, and Fair Housing regulations.
