Job Description
Venterra Realty is a leading multifamily developer seeking a dynamic Engineering Project Manager to lead projects related to hardware technology, including remote monitoring, computer vision, and water flow monitoring. The role involves business liaison, financial resource allocation, team growth, and strategic guidance. They are seeking a leader passionate about technology and commited to building a great customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Engineering, Automation, Network, Controls, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, etc.)
- 5+ years of hands-on technical experience
- 2+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience in multifamily or real estate preferred, but not required
