Production Internship

Veneer Technologies is seeking motivated college students for a production internship. This hands-on experience will allow interns to learn about the manufacturing industry, gain real-world experience, and contribute to improvement initiatives. Interns will shadow leaders, learn production processes, and support management on operations. The internship involves shadow leadership, learning about quality metrics, and contributing to process improvement.

Requirements

• Completed at least one year of study at a four-year accredited college or university.
• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Newport, NC for internship
• Able to lift and transport at least 25 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, not climate-controlled.
