Job Description
Turnkey is a rapidly growing product powerhouse building a full-stack ecosystem for iGaming businesses. They are looking for a Senior Scala/Java Engineer to join their VeliHorizon team, focused on building performance-optimized and scalable solutions. This role involves design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of production features, collaboration with stakeholders, and optimization of existing code. The company operates in a battle-tested ecosystem with robust platform and a culture of ownership.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Java with experience using Quarkus, Spring Framework, or Vert.x
- Strong understanding of functional programming principles and best practices
- Practical experience of JVM application garbage collection and memory management
- Solid experience with Kafka and relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Experience designing and maintaining RESTful HTTP APIs
- Hands-on experience with gRPC and Kubernetes
