Requirements
- Define project goals, scope, and timeline aligned with product and business objectives
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of key milestones
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and deviations
- Prepare regular reports and keep stakeholders informed
- Organize and lead Agile ceremonies: planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices
- Support delivery planning and execution in close collaboration with Product Owners
- Stay updated on Agile best practices and industry trends, applying new insights to project management
- Act as the key communication link between development teams and stakeholders
- Manage expectations and align deliverables with business priorities
- Maintain transparency on team progress, risks, and dependencies
- Collaborate with Product Owners in managing and prioritizing the product backlog
- Ensure product goals and backlog items are well understood by the team
- Facilitate communication between the Product Owner and the development team
- Facilitate clear documentation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and other key artifacts

- Coach and mentor the team in Agile frameworks
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Help the team self-organize, be cross-functional, and stay engaged
- Promote transparent communication and collaboration

- Encourage experimentation, continuous learning, and process improvement
- Promote team empowerment through team-building techniques and shared ownership
- Measure and monitor team velocity, sprint health, and delivery KPIs
- Identify areas for optimization and implement changes that improve productivity and outcomes
- Utilize Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence to track team progress, productivity, and individual performance
- Coordinate and plan product releases across environments
- Ensure release scope, timing, and quality meet expectations
- Work closely with Developers, QA, DevOps, and Product teams to validate readiness and avoid regression
- Communicate release status and risks to stakeholders
- Support post-release monitoring and incident follow-up if needed
