Your Profile

You see yourself as a generalist and want to continuously develop your role, even though you are strongly rooted in the field of online marketing both professionally and technically.

• Several years of professional experience in the field of Performance Marketing, preferably in the context of E-Commerce.
• Well-developed analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and organized work.
• Safe handling of common online marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).
• A high online affinity.
• The willingness to roll up your sleeves and actively participate.
• Conceptual strength, a very good sense of language, messages, and design.
• Knowledge and experience in the application of data-driven attribution methods.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
• Active content creator, e.g. for TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram (nice to have).

Your Tasks

• Building online and offline marketing channels and strategies to strengthen and expand the DACH market.
• Hands-on management of social media and content channels (from impulse to creation to posting).
• Identification of trends and potential and a quick response to these.
• Orchestration of processes for planning, creation, and provision of content for our product and marketing channels.
• Development and implementation of an integrated and data-driven content marketing strategy that is aligned with the business goals and the requirements of the respective channels.
• Identification of growth levers and optimization opportunities through rigorous and systematic campaign analysis.
