Supervisor, Ground Operations

The Ground Operations Supervisor will lead a team of warehouse staff, develop their skills, and ensure operational excellence. They will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and executing team and business initiatives, and ensuring the accuracy of reports and scheduling.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in management in logistics, operations, or a related field
• Proficient in technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
