Job Description
We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Director to lead our client CRO scopes, taking charge of improving clients’ website and funnel performance. This is a senior role for a data-driven optimizer who can set strategy and also be hands-on in execution as we grow the team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, web analytics, or UX optimization roles
- Hands-on expertise with CRO and analytics tools
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent UX/UI sensibility and knowledge of e-commerce best practices
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments
