Avdelningschef Civilberedskap

We are looking for a Division Manager Civil Defense to lead and develop the division's work in civil defense, crisis management, and continuity, ensuring the secure and sustainable energy supply for the community. As a leader, you will be responsible for creating structure, direction, and coordination in a complex environment, working closely with other managers within the unit and the organization to ensure common priorities and a cohesive crisis management effort.

Requirements

• Documented experience of leadership and management positions
• Experience of working in socially critical activities, security, preparedness, or related areas
• Good ability to communicate, prioritize, and make decisions even under uncertainty
• Inclusive leadership that builds engagement and responsibility
• Good communicative ability in Swedish and English
