Job Description
The Provider Engagement Manager (PEM I) role is essential for Vatica Health, focusing on provider satisfaction, engagement, performance management, and advocating for C-suite and other stakeholders in the assigned market. This position involves developing and maintaining relationships with key personnel, proactively identifying performance improvement opportunities, and contributing to overall patient outcomes. The role requires travel and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and data analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of provider account management or liaison/engagement experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in a health system or healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of Value Based Care arrangements
- Fluency in multiple languages
