The efficient, fully digitalizable operation of our practices on site is the basis for effective, hybrid treatment pathways. We are looking for an Operations Manager (m/f/d) who manages and develops our locations in the northwest.

How you’ll modernize healthcare with Vantis

Responsibilities

• Responsibility and ensuring a smooth operation of the MVZs you manage in the northwest, i.e. in the Hamburg, Hanover, Bielefeld area
• Integration of new locations into the Vantis network
• Planning and implementation of various projects for the continuous development of the locations, such as the introduction of a new PVS, optimization of processes or expansion of the location
• Closed collaboration with the practice leadership on site in the management and development of the practice teams

What you need to succeed

• You have long-standing experience in the management and administration of doctor's practices
• You are motivated to actively develop primary care in Germany in a dynamic environment
• You work structured and trust yourself to reliably manage multiple projects simultaneously across multiple locations
• You enjoy regularly presenting yourself personally at the locations and building good relationships with the teams on site
• You speak fluent German and live in northwest Germany
