The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that production expectations are met in a safe, efficient manner by directing the work of manufacturing employees.
Requirements
- Flexible to work on all shifts (Day, Swing, and Weekend) as needed
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent
- 5-10 years in a similar manufacturing/production environment
- Previous exposure to Swiss machining / CNC machining and/or assembly a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of KPI’s such as Safety, Quality, Efficiency, and Delivery
- Knowledge of Lean principles
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to handle complex problem solving
- Demonstrable leadership skills and experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows/Office software and ERP systems
