Manufacturing Engineer II-Sheet Metal & Fabrication

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Manufacturing Engineer II to support and improve sheet metal fabrication and electro-mechanical assembly operations at our Stockton facility.

Requirements

• Drive continuous improvement across sheet metal fabrication and assembly operations
• Develop and implement standard work, work instructions, and process documentation
• Perform root cause analysis to identify and eliminate waste, defects, and inefficiencies
• Support new product introductions (NPI) and process transfers in a contract manufacturing environment
• Design and develop tooling, fixtures, and equipment to improve productivity, quality, and cost
